Job Description ** Head of Strategy - Financial Services - London **

I am exclusively supporting a high growth venture builder with a Senior Strategy mandate.

This firm are continuing to build innovative, technology first, financial services products and a global financial infrastructure. With strong funding and clear mission in place, they have aggressive growth plans which includes continuous growth of their portfolios through acquisition and development of FS businesses globally.

They are now currently looking for a Senior Strategy lead to own current strategies and portfolio companies, whilst also developing and executing new strategies. This includes;

Working with Board and setting agenda
Growing their portfolio significantly
Building innovative FS business from 0-1
Scoping out new global regions of growth

With this in mind, they are looking for an individual who can deliver the above and really ensure that the business continues on their growth trajectory.

Experience Required;

Strong experience of Financial Services
This will be across Banking and/or PE with any experience in Insurance being desirable
Experience doing strategy and execution
Management Consulting background is preferable
Knowledge of operating in other regions is helpful
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in scaling and growing businesses
Experience in investments or M&A is desirable

This role will allow an individual to have significant impact in a business which is continuing to grow. They have already had tremendous success, with a real drive and value based business model which will allow quick progression and responsibility. There is also a strong package on offer.
