An experienced structural engineer is required to lead and manage the buildings structural engineering team for this established and growing multi-disciplinary design consultancy based in Redhill.

Duties:

Responsible for overseeing all structural engineering projects
Mentoring and developing junior engineers
Client development and liaison
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the structural engineering capabilities of an award-winning consultancy working on varied and interesting projects up to £10m in value.

Required:

Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior structural engineer
Varied buildings design experience
Proven leadership skills
In depth technical knowledge across RC, steel, and foundation design for buildings structures, including car parks.
Chartered MICE or MIStructE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla is preferable.
Site survey experience and report writing skills essential.
