Job Description Senior Commercial Account Manager - Enterprise CDP Marketing Tech

Salary up to £100k base + 30% OTE
Location - this role can be based Hybrid in London or France

The Role

You will be account managing enterprise clients
The focus is on net revenue retention, so the renewals and growth of accounts
Be the face of this company with clients and working in close partnership with the clients to get the most from the platform
Working with EMEA clients

Requirements

You must come from a commercial account management position from another complex SaaS marketing technology - along the lines of a CDP, DMP, Customer Data Marketing, CX, Personalisation, multi channel marketing and customer journey
You must have enterprise experience, dealing with 100k+ P/A clients
You must have experience renewing and growing accounts - the focus is on net revenue retention
Ideally you'll speak English + French or German
You can go into the London office x2 days a week
