SnapDragon fights fakes online, monitoring the world’s busiest online marketplaces for infringing products which we then remove on behalf of our clients. Our proprietary technology is used by brands around the world, and by our team, to ensure whether a multi-national corporation or a start-up SME has access to an effective online brand protection solution protecting their business and customers.

About the Opportunity:
Brand Protection Specialists will use SnapDragon’s software to monitor, identify and report sellers of, and links to products which infringe the intellectual property of SnapDragon’s clients.

Brand Protection Specialists:
support customers with further intervention and research activities;
are proactive in researching potential new platforms and sites emerging as threats to clients;
analyse findings and produce reports
collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows

After an initial period, you may continue in this role or take the opportunity to transition to a Sales Executive role. This is an opportunity to take the hands-on experience gained as a Brand Protection Specialist and work with our Sales team to share that knowledge with potential clients to win new work.

Additional language skills particularly: Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Arabic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Interest in legal services of IP

Hours of work                                                                         Salary
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm                                          £22,000
