Job Description Press Officer
Reporting to: Head of Digital & Ecommerce
Location: London/Shoreditch

You will be responsible for taking ownership of our clients brands across Men’s, Women’s and Children’s wear. You will have fully immersed yourself within the fashion press and broadcast channels globally with a proven press office track record.

The Press Officer role means will see you working closely with digital marketing & Ecommerce teams to ensure rollouts of special campaigns, seasonal campaigns and ad hoc incentives throughout the year online.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong sense of personal style that compliments our clients EU’s culture as well as an understanding of streetwear brand history and influences.

How will you contribute?

Reporting to Head of Digital Marketing, you will coordinate editorial requests & sample movement to and from HQ, media outlets, influencers, VIPs, styling appointments, press days,
Maintain organization of PR closet, ensuring all media requests are met and there is no loss or damage of inventory
Develop and communicate/pitch through sample trafficking duties
Liase with store teams to pull product for requests when necessary.
Support content & social team with weekly press reports
Maintain clippings and coverage reports for all press reports, press coverage and celebrity placements
Manage credit requests and editorial clippings
Update press moves and contact changes in master press list
Working with Senior Social Media Manager to develop monthly earned media recap to identify best practices and track ROI through Launch metrics and DMR
Assist with KOL and VIP seeding initiatives and rollout
Develop network of relevant press, stylists, talent managers, celebrities, KOLs, and communities to support marketing and business goals
Assist with event logistics for all press related events including press days & new range launches.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in both team collaboration and independent work.
Keen awareness of industry trends and a proactive approach to staying ahead.
Exceptional multitasking skills and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
High availability and responsiveness, with a requirement for 5 days in-office presence.
Familiarity with DMR and proficiency in using Launch metrics tool.
Strong follow-up capabilities, organizational prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Motivated and dedicated with a positive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to take on various tasks with enthusiasm, adopting a no-task-too-small approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Fashion GPS is advantageous.
Previous experience in luxury fashion communications or public relations is a bonus.
