Decarbonisation Project Manager in Oxford - g2 Recruitment

Job Description My client based in Oxfordshire is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a Decarbonisation Project.

The role will cover delivery of a project, working on existing buildings including their corporate buildings (Leisure Centres, Art Centre).

Skills/Experience/Requirements

- Responsible for the management of refurbishment, maintenance and carbon retrofit zero projects for the corporate estate.
- Have previously managed projects from inception to completion by reviewing programme delivery, cost plans, risk assessments, and site monitoring to assure the delivery of building projects.
- Knowledge/background with Mechanical & Electrical.
- Have previous experience of Contract Management (JCT, NEC, PPC, MTC) & aiding a tender process.

Due to it being a project, there is potential of it being outside of IR35 – however, this is not guaranteed.

- Rate : Negotiable DOE.
- Contract Length : 6-12 Months.
- Working Pattern : Hybrid.
