Job Description Exciting opportunity to join a true pioneer in the video advertising space as they continue to scale.

The Company:

Rapidly expanding business, with huge growth plans across the UK, US and Europe

Clients: Mondolez, Pepsi, Cadbury, Nike, P&G

The Role:

Customer Success Managers and instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and happiness.

Build and expand the relationship with a portfolio of Tier 1 accounts
Create actionable insights, and strategy-led solutions for customers
Product expert; confident translating customer needs into product-led solutions

Needs:

The Customer Success Manager will have a solid understanding of the AdTech and Media space.

Coming from an AdTech vendor, or a Media Agency
Experience managing Enterprise clients (brand direct)
Good technical understand of the AdTech Space
