Job Description A reputable coding bootcamp is recruiting for a Software Coach (Javascript ecosystem) to join them on their mission of giving everyone a route into technology.

So far, they have helped hundreds of people completely change their lives for the better, by preparing them with the skills they need to launch into tech careers. They are a government backed platform, who provide free, intensive and flexible coding courses to applicants of all backgrounds.

The role
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's proficiency in JavaScript and related tools and frameworks.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript and related technologies and incorporate them into coaching strategies.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to teach bootcamp attendees proficiency in JavaScript and related tools and frameworks.

Requirements:
Proven experience working as a software developer with a strong focus on JavaScript development.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers in JavaScript frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

This is a remote first opportunity, with occasional travel to Birmingham based offices.
