Job Description Are you a highly organised PR Account Director with brilliant attention to detail? As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in the team, overseeing a portfolio of 4-5 consumer accounts while occasionally dipping your toe into B2B work. This will be a key position, leading the account team day-to-day and reporting into an Associate Director, you will be a trusted pair of hands with the client and responsible for managing an extremely busy and proactive press office. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities across client management, communication, creativity, agency culture, and new business.

Key duties will involve:
Be a trusted advisor and consultant to your client
Manage and oversee a busy product loans program
Drive organic growth opportunities with clients
Leading the team to ensure best in class press office work
Help build and maintain the team’s growing influencer and social work
Work into creative teams and agency leadership to support new business and client plans
Ensure a frictionless service for your clients, making sure work delivered by the team is of a high standard and on time
Troubleshoot with clients and solve problems
Lead by example and making sure the team performs to the best of their ability
Develop members of your team, and champion their progress
Maintain high standards in reporting and

Manage and support the mental wellbeing of the team
