Job Description Agile Coach/Scrum Master / Manchester / £65K

Great opportunity for an experienced Agile Coach to work for a manchester based Financial services market leader.

Their flagship software platforms are disruptor in the financial service market and the business are recording record profits year on year.

You’d report directly to the CTO and would oversee a small multidisciplinary product team (Dev, Product, UX) with a focus on software delivery best practice, agile/lean software delivery and a collaborative DevOps culture.

As Agile Delivery Coach, you would be the first practitioner through the door. You’d play a key role in shaping the overall software delivery and would will be responsible for the overall adoption of Agile Methodologies, removing blockers and coaching a champion tech team

Skills:
✔Experience working in Agile methods
✔Excellent knowledge of being a senior agile practitioner
✔Experience coaching and facilitating agile scrum meetings
✔Experience working with and captaining teams of software engineers

The money is good too – up to £65k plus benefits
