Job Description Consumer Additions are pleased to be partnered with a high-growth brand within the Sports Apparel space who are looking for a Sports Marketing Specialist. The brand are an exclusive licensee partnering with a renowned global sportswear brand, operating in the design, manufacturing, marketing, promotion, and sale of teamwear apparel and equipment products worldwide.

Their mission is to inspire and serve every team athlete by enhancing their teamwear with their expertise. Working with a diverse range of sports teams, from grassroots to professional clubs, we aim to connect athletes globally.

Position Overview:
Seeking a Sports Marketing Specialist to contribute to their portfolio of licensed assets, while also managing key business functions and relationships within our club and federation networks and with our partner brand.

Your Collaborators:
You will join the Sports Marketing & Licensed Business Team, responsible for serving contracted clubs and federations, as well as managing partnerships with the partner brand's sports marketing assets.
Reporting to the Sports Marketing & Licensed Operations Lead, you will also have a dotted line to the Sports Marketing & Licensed Business Manager.
Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments within the company, including Product Creation, Operations, Finance, Digital, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Sports Marketing & Licensed Operations Lead in delivering exceptional service to their club and federation partners, including:
Timely delivery of all sports marketing and licensed projects.
Assistance with order management and transition to more efficient digital processes.
Collaboration with finance for tracking and reporting of kit spend and invoicing.
Internal reporting on on-pitch successes of our sports marketing and licensed portfolio.
Direct ownership of select external relationships and projects, such as:
Managing relationships with contracted assets and delivering high service levels.
Handling the brand's promo projects and ensuring timely execution.
Progress tracking against project timelines.
Coordinating athlete journeys to drive exposure and visibility.
Internal and external reporting on sports marketing matters.

Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven project management abilities.
Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to innovate and improve processes.
Deep understanding of various sports.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent organisational and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
