Job Description DV Cleared DevOps/Cloud Engineer (AWS) - Cheltenham

The Role:-
Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and overall system performance
Stay updated on the latest AWS services and industry best practices, incorporating them into the existing infrastructure.
Your Knowledge & Experience:-
Solid understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
Familiarity with serverless architecture and event-driven computing.
Knowledge of networking principles in AWS.
Due to the nature of the work you must have a current DV clearance in place.
