User Experience Designer in London - RedCat Digital

Job Description About the Role:

UX Designer needed for one of the leading providers of software solving DevOps challenges in companies ranging from some of the largest in the World to the the fastest growing start ups.

You will be solving hugely complex problems on software that is utilised by hundreds of thousands of users, saving companies billions of dollars in productivity already.

The business is growing and will be a brilliant opportunity to grow with it, joining a really strong team of brilliant designers with great leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

Own the design process end to end from discovery to delivery
Working closely with Engineers and Product Managers to turn user research into shipping new features
Produce on generative research to help grow the company in the right direction
Be the champion for the user and make sure design thinking is vital to the product development process
Take ownership of your own design decisions

What they’re looking for:

A few years experience working within Product Design and UX
Someone who loves working with customers and building innovate solutions
A mindset of actively seeking personal development at every opportunity

What's on Offer:

£45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Hybrid Working
