Work Package Manager- Offshore Platforms in Edinburgh - Spencer Ogden

Job Description Spencer Ogden is collaborating with a prominent Offshore Wind Developer on thrilling and dynamic international projects, positioned at the forefront of offshore wind advancements within the UK. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Work Package Manager to join our team, with a specific focus on Offshore Platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

As the leader of the Offshore Platforms Work Package, you will:

- Lead a team of skilled professionals in executing procurement and engineering activities
- Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts for studies and supply
- Conduct ongoing cost and risk assessments within the work package
- Manage internal and external interfaces, including consenting processes
- Support the preparation and evaluation of FEED studies
- Ensure effective organization for safe, timely, and quality delivery of tasks

Desired Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in offshore substation platforms (AC or DC)
- Degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in Business English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an intercultural and cross-functional environment
