About the Role:
Lead successful delivery of digital products and services across the organization and to clients.
Manage product backlogs across multiple software development streams.
Embed agile principles, methods, and practices to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with technical leads, solution architects, and stakeholders to shape sprint plans.

What You'll Do:
Drive delivery across multiple software streams and technologies.
Conduct day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint reporting.
Collaborate closely with the product team on requirements and priorities.
Manage project interdependencies, estimation, milestones, and backlogs.
Lead continuous improvement processes and coach teams for performance.

About You:
Experienced in managing delivery across multiple software teams.
Proficient in agile principles with previous Scrum Master experience.
