The Company:

Rapidly expanding business, with huge growth plans across the UK, US and Europe

Clients: Mondolez, Pepsi, Cadbury, Nike, P&G
The Role:
The Customer Success Director is instrumental in driving client happiness and business growth on a global scale.
Overarching responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention of Tier 1 accounts (80% brand direct)
Management and development of junior team members
Product expert; confident translating customer needs into product-led solutions
Needs:
The Customer Success Director will have a solid understanding of the AdTech and Media space.
Coming from an AdTech vendor, or a Media Agency
Experience managing Enterprise clients (brand direct)
Good technical understand of the AdTech Space
