Your Mission:
As a Pre-Sales Technical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer's energy future. Your primary responsibilities will include:

•   Customer Engagement: Act as a technical ambassador, providing expert guidance on our cutting-edge residential, industrial, and commercial solar energy storage systems.
•   Project Catalyst: Collaborate closely with sales to dissect project requirements, engage with clients effectively, and drive projects forward by distilling complex technical information into digestible solutions.
•   Technical Acumen: Own the pre-sales process, from understanding end-user needs to delivering comprehensive technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn.
•   Training and Development: Empower our sales force, customers, and partners with the knowledge they need to excel through tailored technical training sessions.
•   Brand Advocate: Elevate our company's profile through compelling presentations, engaging forums, and interactive exhibitions, showcasing our solutions with clarity and conviction.
•   Project Facilitation: Work hand-in-hand with annual exhibition layouts, orchestrate system installations, and provide expert training to ensure seamless project adoption.

Your Arsenal:
To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, including:

1.    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in photovoltaic or energy storage inverter technical support. Prior experience in R&D, application, and system integration of energy storage solutions or photovoltaic inverters is a plus.
2.    In-depth knowledge of the operational principles and technical specifications of residential and commercial energy storage systems, with the ability to align customer needs with our product offerings.
3.    Articulate communicator with a flair for writing, capable of producing a variety of documents. A keen observer with strong adaptability, a proactive work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
4.    Possession of an electrician certificate to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5.    Adept at multitasking, with a talent for quick and effective communication, ensuring prompt resolution to technical queries.
