We are working with a high growth Consumer HealthTech business who are looking to hire Category Lead/GM for one of their fastest growing business units. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take real ownership and deliver impact from the outset.

What you'll be doing:-
You'll work closely with customers gaining a clear understanding of their needs which will then feed into overall strategy, product and goals for the business.
You will take ownership of all business critical reporting of the business unit with overall responsibility for identifying areas for improvement.
You will define and develop ways to create a unique value proposition to ensure the product continues to stay market leaders in its space.
You will liaise regularly with the C-suite and wider SLT including external stakeholders and partners.

What we are looking for:-
You'll have 8+ years of work experience, ideally with previous experience in strategy consulting/IB or within a start-up.
You'll have a fierce bias towards action and will be used to moving quickly to get things done.
An entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately you'll play a defining role in the success of this area of the business.
You'll be an analytical whizz, used to turning numbers and reports into insight.
