Mental Health Support Worker
Keystones are recruiting for 1 Full Time Mental Health Support Worker. We are looking for warm, dedicated, and skilled individuals to join our dynamic, supportive, multi-disciplinary team.
We support adults with significant mental health needs, living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.
The role will involve working with service users in a Trauma Informed way, to improve wellbeing and facilitate positive change. Previous experience is essential (at least 1 year in mental health care or in the field of addiction) and a relevant qualification advantageous.
Working hours are 10am – 6pm Monday -Friday (no evenings)
Plus every other weekend (3 hrs)
£25,000 increasing to £26,891 per annum after 3-month induction (Pro Rata)
Ongoing training and supervision
