The opportunity:

Mackenzie Jones is very excited to be working with Goodrays, a pioneering & disrupter challenger brand who are enjoying fantastic growth with their portfolio of CBD drinks, gummies, and oils. Due to the brands phenomenal success, there is now an opportunity to join the team to drive the OOH & Convenience channel.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the first mainstream CBD companies in the UK and help them to disrupt the alcohol, sugar and caffeine industries to revolutionise health and wellbeing. Goodrays are redefining the CBD category by creating and delivering the most innovative, effective and beautiful CBD products, to stress conscious consumers.

As the National Account Manager – OOH & Convenience, you will take full P&L accountability alongside the development of medium and long-term strategic growth plans to deliver net profit and gross sales targets. You will also be responsible for building the overall category and customer within the Food Service sector.

What will my key accountabilities be?

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within your assigned accounts – across OOH ( e.g. forecourts/airlines / cinemas ) , convenience ( e.g Spar, Blakemore, Regional Coops, Nisa Retail ) and On Trade ( e.g Greene King, Enotria, Matthew Clark, Hotel Groups )
Building and Maintaining relationships with key decision makers & stakeholders within customer base
Negotiating terms & agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Forecasting and demand planning
Promotional Planning & Execution
Financial Management – managing budgets, promotional funds and expenses related to your account activities effectively and efficiently.
Strategic planning – contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for the business by providing insights and recommendations based on sector performance and market dynamics.
Acting as a brand ambassador for the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings. Promoting brand awareness ad fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum 3+ years sales experience within FMCG Food or Drink managing OOH & Convenience sectors.
