Marine Broker/Producer in London - IPS Group

Job Description We are currently working on behalf of a small London market broker who is looking to add a crucial new role to the business to support its continued growth. They require a broker/producer with experience in Marine business to support the broking into the Lloyds and London market, support across the existing accounts and the development of new business.
Given the size of the organisation and desire for continued growth, they are open to considering an individual that is earlier in their career with experience of broking in the Lloyds market and looking to develop into new business production, or, an experienced producer who is looking for more autonomy to develop new accounts on a global basis. The most important element for the hiring manager is to find the right personality fit to complement the existing team.
