About The Role
Support Worker, Dan Y Coed, Swansea. £11.60 to £12.00 per hour dependent on experience. 40.25 hours per week
**This role requires a drivers license**

Dan Y Coed is a bright modern home located on the same site as the school, so offers a wide range of learning and living options. Children are encouraged to get creative and put their personal stamp on their own space, bringing as much or as little from their home as they like.

A day in the life of working at Dan Y Coed includes: Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
Support our people during recreational activities,outingsand community integration;
Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
Keepingaccuraterecords of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
