As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing engineering designs, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The Role:
- Manage engineering designs to meet client requirements
- Review designs produced by junior staff members
- Lead the technical delivery of projects and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with the Director on project management tasks including financial management, compliance checks, and health and safety procedures
- Attend and conduct meetings to drive project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
- Chartered or progressing towards MIStructE/MICE accreditation
- Demonstrated technical competence and ability to lead meetings
- Experience in a consultancy environment is essential
- Knowledge of Industrial, Commercial, or Retail projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Experience working with developers and contractors is a plus
