The opportunity:

Mackenzie Jones is delighted to have partnered with AkzoNobel, a multinational company which creates paints and performance coatings for both industry and consumers worldwide. Their brands include Dulux, Cuprinol and Cromadex.

They are undertaking a new venture, a B to B to C services proposition and are looking for a Services Delivery Project Manager to become the expert in the end-to-end process delivery of B to B & B to C elements of the proposition.

The role will entail setting up, testing, and delivering a series of pilots for a B to B to C service proposition. The individual will be responsible for developing and testing the process and refine as necessary for a successful delivery.

What will my key accountabilities be?

Working collaboratively with other internal functions to develop, prepare and deliver the test market pilots.
Establishing working relationships with external partners and scout and onboard an unknown set
Lead testing of end-to-end process(es) of job planning and delivery
Ensuring delivery of the Dulux experience to consumers making necessary correction(s) if necessary
Identifying gaps and improvement opportunities within the processes during the first pilot and to implement process improvements ahead of the second pilot and launch.

Who will I be working with?

Marketing Manager – Trade Services, internal cross functional teams

A great candidate will have:

Degree educated.
5+ years’ experience in B2B and B2C service providers
Experience of working within a matrix organisation structure
Managing cross functional project teams
Entrepreneurial. commercially astute, and self-motivated
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Project Management expertise
Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to resolve conflicts that arise as a result of the B to C service delivery.
Enjoys a collaborative working environment.
Proficient user of Microsoft office
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry would be an advantage.
