Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Experience:
Tier 1 - insurance domain experience is essential. Specifically, General Insurance / P&C (Property Casualty) personal and/or commercial experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the insurance sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and analytics tools
A track record of successful marketing campaign management
Expertise in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Outstanding communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills

This role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work in the office 2-3 times a week ideally.
