Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside an experienced team, contributing to a wide array of Estate activities while gaining invaluable exposure to strategic planning and future-proofing initiatives under the guidance of the Managing Agent.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We're seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of Estate management and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive projects forward will be key to your success in this role. Previous experience in team management will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements:
of an MRICS/FAAV qualification is preferred, along with a solid grasp of rural property management and environmental practices.
