Top City - Senior Associate/Counsel - Corporate and Real Estate tax in London - Hydrogen Group

Job Description A top City firm is continuing to hire into its market leading tax team with the recruit of an excellent senior lawyer.

The ideal candidate will be happy to work on a broad range of tax matters and ideally have experience advising on M&A, finance and real estate transactions. Substantive real estate tax experience would be seen as an advantage. The firm prides itself on its stellar training programme and opportunity for associates to get involved in a range of responsibilities. This candidate will need to be able to manage matters and work with light touch supervision. The firm would also be open to discussing flexible and agile working arrangements for the right candidate, particularly those outside of London.

This would suit candidates with 5 PQE + experience who are operating at the Senior Associate level but will consider candidates from outside of this range (with the view to coming on board as a Counsel) if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
