A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Night Emory Assistant (Butler) to join the opening Guest Liaison team at The Emory.

The Maybourne is proud to introduce a new architectural landmark to London. The final project designed by the late Lord Richard Rogers, The Emory will be an exclusive, world-class hub of art and culture which marks the addition of a modern masterpiece to the group's global luxury estate. Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park, The Emory will present 60 extraordinary suites set over 8 floors and a spectacular penthouse occupying the entire 9th floor.

As a Night Emory Assistant (Butler) you will work discreetly to follow the “guest journey” and coordinate with all relevant departments to create a flawless and hassle-free guest experience.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Assist Guest Services Team with arrival and departure process, ensuring a seamless and discreet service.
Assist the Guest Liaison Team with organising unpacking and packing via the Valet team of guest luggage.
Continue developing and updating guest profiles by noting preferences, logging and communicating with colleagues to define and enhance the service offering.
To assist in the set-up of all food and beverage orders, coordinating with the In Room Dinning Team in the preparation for service
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.

We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in a similar role and will have worked in a luxury hotel environment.
