You will like
The Head of Building Technology (Lead Energy Consultant) job itself where you will oversee and optimise the building technologies (BMS) division. You will be driving profitability, ensuring efficient resource allocation, maintaining high standards of quality, fostering strong client relationships, managing projects, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. More specifically you will have responsibilities under the following headings:
Project Management
Financial Management
Business Development
Team Leadership
Communication/Coordination
Health & Safety
Administration & Reporting

You will have
To be successful as Head of Building Technology (Senior Energy Consultant), you will have a healthy mix of the following:
Technical
Strong documentation skills for preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation.
Experience in Audits and Surveys
Excellent working knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium, RDM, and other control systems,
Ability to create a high-level graphical representation of the installed BMS solution.
Good electrical knowledge and sound understanding of M&E systems, including fault finding.
Full driving licence
Non-technical
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
The ability to meet deadlines, work effectively within and as part of a team, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel within the UK and overseas
