Business Requirements

The single most important customer need we have is to be a “Single Source” Service Solution provider. In order to facilitate a total seamless solution with our larger customers, we provide a Resident Professional to be based on-site at customer’s location to manage the single source coordination and maintenance of Test and Measurement assets on behalf of Keysight and act as the single point of contact for service. This role brings the responsibility for managing all equipment and associated coordination of support services delivered by Keysight and third party/Other Equipment Manufacturer service providers for the customer.

Primary responsibilities for the Resident Professional will be to:

Act as the prime coordinator for planning scheduling and organising the recall and dispatch of Test & Measurement (‘T&M’) equipment to Keysight and Third Party/Other Equipment Manufacturer (‘OEM’) calibration houses for both periodic and ad-hoc calibration, repair or service.
Organise any onsite calibration of T&M equipment.
Take responsibility for co-ordination of all onsite activities with Third Party/OEM suppliers.
Receive new equipment and perform initial incoming inspection and labelling according to customer quality documentation/requirements.
Liaise with nominated department contacts on a regular basis regarding the release of all T&M equipment for calibration and repair.
Manage all equipment using designated asset management tools, ensuring service records and database integrity is maintained.
Proactively manage repairs, including alternative product information to assist Customers decision making process.
Initiate shipping of return to vendor calibrations and repairs.
Audit data for accuracy and correct as required.

Primary Measures:

Delivery of on-site responsibilities in line with Statement of Work (SOW).
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet agreed customer goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Service & Support Operations, or related areas of Test and Measurement.
Experience in use of business systems and KPI tracking and reporting.
Basic understanding of Metrology.
Strong team player with ability to take ownership and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to communicate well across all levels.
Must have ability to work remotely and on own initiative from defined guidelines and work instructions.
Must be able to obtain UK security clearance
