Senior Domestic Energy Assessor in London - STR Group

Job Description I am working with a large multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking for a Senior Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team on a permanent basis in London. You will be working both on site as well as in the office and be willing to travel to other areas that are project related within London and the South East so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities:

Appoint, brief and co-ordinate surveyors.
Providing guidance for surveyors within the team.
Conduct energy assessments in residential properties • Liaising with the data analysts within the team
Reporting to the team and clients on progress and issues affecting fieldwork
Act as the lead surveyor/ DEA on new projects

Skills and experience:

You will be required to have a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification.
Knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation.
Experience in stock condition surveying would be beneficial
Be a competent user of MS Office suites such as Word, Excel etc.
