Job DescriptionMy client an award winning, boutique brokerage firm, are looking to make a newly created “operations analyst” hire.The firm are currently expanding across various divisions, with a large increase in headcount planned for 2024. This is a newly created hire due to an increase in trading volumes.The operations team provide full front to back support across cash equity and ETF products, oversee the input of all trade processing, ensure trades are matched and settled, and ensure PnL reconciliation.Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years relevant sell side operations/middle office experience.The firm offer strong progression opportunities, with proven examples of operation analysts laterally moving into broker positions as well as other positions within the firm.This is a crucial hire – my client is committed to pay a base of up to 45k. Furthermore, for a top performer in a good year the bonus can be a large percentage of the candidate’s base, to create a very lucrative package for an operations analyst.
