Job Description

Job Description A brand new disruptive and innovative skincare brand with great plans for 2024 is looking for a creative Senior Marketing Manager to be based in London.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will build the brand identity in line with TOV and undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Regularly publish content on social media channels—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter) to increase brand visibility and raise awareness.
Implement an efficient content publishing mechanism across different channels: social media, email, website, and press.
Raise awareness and leads through organic and paid media campaigns.
Drive leads from innovative emailing marketing campaigns and grow the CRM database.
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets by collaborating with end users, skin influencers, KOLS, and brand ambassadors, creating case studies, and publishing the data.
Work with an influencer group, identifying potential influencers and brand ambassadors, and driving brand awareness and sales.
Create and deliver a content and editorial calendar and meet deadlines.
Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant media publications and editors.
Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of PR and social media campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Produce effective weekly reports demonstrating activity and top-line performance data.

Our ideal candidate is a Marketing Manager that has launched and scaled beauty/skincare products online. You are a proven content marketer with a knack for crafting engaging content across various formats (think blog posts, videos, and eye-catching visuals). You’ll leverage your SEO expertise to publish content that ranks and resonates with the client’s target audience.

Social media savvy and project management skills are a must, as is your excellent written and verbal communication. You should also be comfortable using Canva, Adobe and video editing software. If you have a BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field, and can juggle multiple tasks with precision, we want to hear from you.
