Better Ads.OUR PRODUCTS:The engineering and data team you’ll be joining are responsible for five main products:Our (currently internal) SaaS platform (3D) where our insight team and our clients design surveys and analyse resultsOur new, SaaS platform (2D), which is built for scale as a pure-tech productOur productised API, which gives clients the ability to integrate 2D functionality into their own systemsOur web app (and iOS/Android apps) where people respond to surveys and engage with the ThisThat communityData Science scripts for generating reports and insightsOur team are proud winners of two awards at the Influencer Marketing Awards 2022: “Industry Choice of SaaS or Technology” and “Best Influencer Marketing Technology”OUR DATA STACK:Our main technologies are:Python (ScikitLearn, Pandas, Numpy, Scipy)PostgreSQLGoogle CloudKEY REMIT:Your responsibilities will fall across two areas:Creating algorithms and using existing technology to generate reports and insight more quickly and robustly. You will be responsible for using technology to uncover insights on a study-by-study basis in order to enhance our reporting capabilities. You will also be a leading voice in moving beyond the data - to generate insight through storytelling, connecting data with the real world to help people understand what the data is telling them.Analysing data in the aggregate. You will be responsible for analysing aggregate data across all historic studies, to uncover industry-leading insights through thoughtful data investigations and machine learning algorithms.Our roadmap is ambitious and far-reaching, but manageable. You will be working on projects that you can be proud of and will have a significant and meaningful impact in the business.ABOUT YOU:We are looking for a hands-on and proactive senior machine learning engineer with a focus on traditional algorithms and an appetite to explore more modern integrations. You will be comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to completion and will expect a high level of quality and reliability from yourself. You will need to thrive in the startup environment where you have significant responsibility. You should be a super-star - someone who can learn quickly, take ownership, and is excited by responsibility and rapid innovation. We’re looking for people who are excited about the potential of influencer marketing and how technology can be used to drive increased growth and outcomes from campaigns.
