Job DescriptionReceptionist we have two roles. 1 x 2 days a week vacancy - 35k pro rata. 1 x 4 days a week at 33.5k pro rata. Both 9 month contract roles (Shift Rota) Corporate Receptionists Experience ONLY / Company Receptionists wanted for High-end Law Firm in London (they have a team of 8), to be part of a front of house client-suite vibrant team who enjoy providing 5* customer service and administration. This amazing opportunity will include the liaison with VIPs and various heads of business.Using your 5* reception skills you would be their ambassador creating that first impression, you would also be booking in lunches with the catering team, and carrying out diary management.This firm has excellent benefits offered including great Bonus, Gym membership, Season ticket loan, Private Dental, Life Insurance, Private Health and more.IMPORTANT: Previous FOH receptionist experience from either a company, or a 4 or 5* Hotel, or ex-cabin crew experience essential.Reception Duties:Meeting and greeting in a warm, friendly manner to clients, staff and visitorsUtilising the meeting room calendar / meeting room softwareSetting up conference callsOverseeing the catering team who are setting up/clearing meeting rooms ensuring that the cleaning teams have kept the space tidy at all timesBooking lunches, liaising with hospitality teams for drinks and lunches for guestsKeeping check on office supplies and ordering if necessaryGeneral administration (photocopy, fax, scanning)Sorting and distributing post daily and ordering couriersAssisting PAs and Directors where possibleBooking Travel and AccommodationOther ad hoc duties as requested from time to timeRequirements:Previous FOH/Reception or Cabin Crew experienceWonderful communication and administration skillsAble to successfully communicate at the highest levelAbility to prioritise and have attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced and challenging environmentExcellent telephone manner, well presented and politeA team playerKnowledge of MS OfficeSearch "Receptionist Needed" for more information on our jobsCANDIDATES: PLEASE DO NOT COLD-CALL OUR OFFICE - Unfortunately we simply aren't able to take any calls unless the candidate has been asked to call us specifically.
