The role
First point of contact for staff, visitors and clients, providing a positive and professional
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email enquiries and handle post deliveries
Manage the room booking system for the building – coordinate and schedule meetings and room bookings; ensure rooms are set up as per requirements
About you
At least 2 years of prior experience in a receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and professional in approach
Well-presented and articulate; organised and proactive; able to deal with multiple visitors
Proficient in office equipment and with good IT skills
Able to work on-site 5 days a week in the office in Victoria
