Job DescriptionA luxury French beauty brand is looking for a dynamic Skincare Counter Manager to be based in London.As Manager, you will actively drive and increase business, encouraging all Beauty Therapists to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service.An overview of your responsibilities:GeneralLead and manage a team of Beauty Therapists.Provide exceptional service to customers, including greetings, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate customer files.Uphold treatment protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.Manage cash flow, monitor traffic statistics, and oversee the opening and closing of the store.Track stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient stock is maintained.Manage budgets and order supplies within deadlines.Develop clientele through recruitment, retention strategies, and events.Plan and execute events to raise brand awareness.Build relationships with local businesses to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.Submit monthly reports on activities and business performance.SalesCoach and lead the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.Proactively sell products and deliver exceptional customer service.Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.Plan and organise monthly counter activities.Manage treatment room appointments and prepare rooms between clients.Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.ManagementProactively manage team members, identify coaching needs, and provide training and support.Collaborate with the line manager to manage stock levels.Grow the business through events, appointments, and return bookings.Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.Track and manage individual beauty therapist performance.ServicePossess in-depth knowledge of all products and confidently recommend personalised solutions to clients.Demonstrate products through consultations, makeovers, and hair styling sessions, while effectively explaining product benefits.Build relationships with clients, cultivate loyalty, and ensure customer information is captured in the database according to data privacy regulations.To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-driven manager with experience in luxury beauty. You’ll be dedicated to exceptional customer service, willing to go the extra mile for their satisfaction. With a results-oriented mindset, you’ll actively grow the business through events and promotions.Confident and engaging, you’ll leverage your strong sales skills to convert customers while showcasing your skincare and makeup expertise. Finally, you’ll present yourself impeccably, upholding the elegant image that the brand is known for.You will also need to be available for a 5-week paid training in Paris.
