Join us and be part of an innovative team building game-changing products!You will:Build and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models (fraud detection, risk assessment) using NLP (sentiment analysis, named entity recognition) to solve complex product challenges.Translate business needs into impactful AI solutions, guide project execution, and mentor junior data scientists through clear communication and knowledge sharing.Research and implement emerging NLP and predictive modeling techniques, architect and manage APIs, and continuously learn to push the boundaries of AI.We're Looking For:Proven experience building and deploying models (FinTech/healthcare preferred), strong grasp of statistics, ML techniques, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerisation expertise (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in agile environments (OKRs), excellent communication and collaboration skills, passion for data science and mentoring, and a desire to share knowledge.PhD/Master's in CS, ML, or related field (preferred), innovative problem-solving skills, proficiency in Python and TDD practices, and a proactive learning mindset.If this sounds like you and you'd like to find out more, apply below with your up-to-date CV.
