Within this role, you will be joining their multidisciplinary teams within their walk-in centre and emergency department, giving you the opportunity to build upon your urgent care portfolio.As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for this role, you will have the opportunity to confidently and autonomously assess, diagnose and plan care for patients presenting with a variety of undifferentiated problems. You will be using your clinical knowledge and skills to determine urgency and best pathway for patients whilst working alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best care from the right professional. You will be seeing a diverse patient population presenting with a variety of medical and social needs; really being able to make a difference to the wider community in both urgent care settings.
