We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in London as an Office Receptionist – office administrator.Role Overview:Reporting to the Office Manager, this multifaceted role primarily involves front desk reception duties and administrative support for our Central Services function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London office.Key ResponsibilitiesReception, Switchboard, and Front of House:- Warmly welcome all visitors to the office, providing a professional and engaging first impression.- Efficiently handle incoming calls, ensuring a courteous and prompt response.- Take ownership of meeting room setup, ensuring all requirements are met.- Facilitate meeting and travel arrangements in a timely manner.Facilities- Assist in maintaining premises, furniture, and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.- Support the implementation of security procedures to safeguard the building.Office Support:- Handle scanning and profiling of couriered post as needed.- Provide backup for scanning and profiling of other postal items.- Offer assistance in the filing room as required.- Update the e-Central Services section on the internal intranet system.- Ensure new starters have properly equipped workstations.- Maintain fire lists, floor plans, and internal circulation lists.- Manage stationery orders and verify deliveries.General:- Implement and uphold Central Services policies and procedures.- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.Requirements:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to upholding professional standards and confidentiality.What We Offer:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Opportunities for career growth and development.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Comprehensive benefits package.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting the smooth functioning of an office environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Our valuesWe inspire.
