Network Team Lead in South West London - Copello Global

Job Description The team support networks solutions spanning across the engineering lifecycle from design concept to in service support. This role will provide work package management support as part of a team delivering capability upgrades to the Royal Navy from the in-build Type 26 programme to the in-service Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers over the next 10 years.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage the Shared Infrastructure Networks Team on a daily basis. Responsible for all financial aspects, assignment of tasks, tracking and reporting on activities
Responsible for financial tracking and reporting of activities being undertaken by the team
Supporting the production of training plans, running performance and development reviews and overseeing the general development of members of the team
Liaison with the customer and other teams within the projects to achieve the completion of the projects to time and budget

Your skills and experiences:
Team leader within a Networks or IT discipline
Ability to manage complex issues for multiple concurrent projects
Experienced in JIRA issue and project tracking tool
Experienced in financial reporting
