Job DescriptionA luxury beauty brand is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to be based in London.As Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the client’s website to drive the business forward.An overview of your key responsibilities:Website Management: Manage marketing calendar, launch products/promotions, oversee merchandising, analyse website performance, optimise user experience.Digital Marketing: Support email marketing, affiliate programmes, and stay updated on industry trends.Customer Experience: Optimise website for conversions, communicate with internal teams for smooth customer experience, identify areas for improvement.Operations: Ensure correct stock levels, forecast stock needs, perform system checks.General: Contribute to business strategy, manage other duties as assigned.Our ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, along with strong written and numerical skills. You should be highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in an ecommerce role, specifically with Shopify Plus.Experience in the beauty industry, experience in managing stock and finances, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Klaviyo are all strong assets. Most importantly, you should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritises customer satisfaction.
