The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered, overseeing both the client services team and the management staff supporting care professionals in the field, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.A key requirement of the role will be to manage and develop senior members of the office team, as they grow and develop with our service.QualificationsStrong leadership and management abilitiesLevel 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and best practicesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multitask effectivelyExperience in home care (domicialiary care) settings is essentialCase Management, Training, and Social Services skills
