Job DescriptionJob Title: Paralegal/Contract ManagerRandstad, a global talent consultancy company, is hiring a Paralegal/Contract Manager. We would love someone who can handle a broad range of topics to join our Legal & Business Assurance team covering UK & Ireland. The bulk of the work will be managing first line support on incoming requests for contracts, supplier forms, general queries. You’ll work closely with the lawyers, contract manager, and our team EA to keep the lights on and the wheels turning. To enjoy the role, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with initiative and accountability in equal measure. You need to be organised, hard working, and have the personality to make friends and influence people. This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to a range of matters, and build relationships across the business. We’re hiring for someone with potential, so you don’t need to know about the recruitment industry - but you’ll need the ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly as you go. The key thing is we find the right person, someone who gets the job done without creating more work for us, and in return we’ll provide a friendly and supportive working environment, personal development opportunities, and market-rate remuneration. For budding lawyers, we need to be clear - this is not a training contract, or a stepping stone to one.
