Job Description Contentious Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive, £60- 75k doe, London Bridge, hybrid + excellent benefits, London Bridge.

The role:
You will be working as part of a team with Partners, fee-earners, trainees and support staff and main duties will include:

Managing a caseload of contentious probate matters with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Manage a full range of contentious probate claims, including trustee disputes, will challenges and family provision.
Legal research and providing strategic advice to clients.
She will be involved with business development and supporting marketing initiatives eg: events, networking, posting on social media, etc.
Ability to delegating to junior staff and supporting them.

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5+ years PQE in contentious probate work. The salary will be commensurate with experience and the advertised salary is a guide only.
