As a Scrum Master you be a servant leader to one or more Scrum teams. By facilitating agile development, you will use agile values, principles, and practices to help the team reach expected outcomes and continuously improve.

Reporting to the Application Delivery Manager you will work to support the overall delivery roadmap of one or more products.

Responsibilities:

* Guides and coaches the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to support the delivery of high-quality products and services

* Coaches the team, removing impediments, organising and participating in Scrum events, and fostering a collaborative environment to optimise product delivery and continuous improvement.

* Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritise and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

* Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, promoting transparency and understanding of goals

* Works with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making and support organizational project or product teams.

* Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

* Strong understanding and experience of delivery within an agreed SDLC

* Experience of coordinating and delivering iterative work packages through environments

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work well in high-pressure situations. A clear and distinct leadership style focused on efficient problem-solving.

* Relevant experience of common management and reporting toolsets such as DevOps, confluence and JIRA.
