Job Description

Administrator– Cardiff Salary circa £25,000 - flexible working between core hours & 1 day remote working per week
Company
A vibrant, dynamic and well established commercial property services business operating from Cardiff City Centre.
Role
This is an interesting multi-faceted administration role, dealing with a range or administration tasks within the group. Working as part of a small dynamic team, you will report directly to one of the business directors. Your role will include core departmental administration duties, administration support for the director, and supporting the marketing function to create, web, brochure and social media content.
Administration :-
* Preparing property marketing particulars via In-design
* Uploading marketing information onto Agents Insight, company website and other marketing portals
* Coordinating electronic mailshots of marketing particulars
* Assisting with co-ordinating social media output
* Working with Goad mapping and Google earth images
* Arranging marketing boards for properties
* Creating new electronic and job files via in-house database, to include compliance with health & safety protocol, and other regulatory needs
* Raising monthly fee invoices, to include reviewing marketing and disbursements costs
* Audio Typing
* Managing and updating departmental templates
* Distributing invoices for sign-off
* Managing key dates for the department’s commercial properties - lease renewal, rent review etcs
* Database input
* Ensuring electronic files are closed correctly
* General administrative duties when required, i.e. taking messages, filing, faxing and photocopying
* Telephone work responding to enquiries
* Provide cover for other secretaries when required
Person specification
* Strong administration & IT skills using Microsoft office packages
* Good level of education
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to produce consistent high quality documents, presentations
* Ability to work independently
* A desire to develop and take ownership
* Customer centric in approach
* Excellent communication skills
