Job Title: Commercial Property Agent

The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Agent in Surrey to join an establish property consultancy. As the successful candidate you be working on various aspects of commercial properties across Surrey, South London, North Sussex and West Kent. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business such as the residential side.

The Company

This company is a Chartered Surveyors and Property Agency working across commercial and residential properties in the South East. The focus of the business is on sales, lettings, lease and rent renewals, property management, valuations and investment.

The role will require

* Advise clients in sales and leasing of commercial properties

* Conduct inspections, measurements and viewings

* Assist with lease/rent reviews and renewals

* Conduct and/or assist with valuations

* Assist with property management such tenant relations, maintenance, tenancy terms etc

* Keep updated on regulations and the general property market

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Ideally 2+ years experience at an agency

* Ideally commercial property experience

* Chartered or looking to become chartered

* Strong report writing

* Driving licence and own car

* Possible option for 4 days per week
