responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the KS1 curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and learning objectives
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn
Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and providing appropriate support and challenge as needed
Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments and providing constructive feedback to support their development
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student well-being and academic achievement
Engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of our school community
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Proven experience teaching KS1 students, with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
