Registered Nursing Home Manager

Location: Cannock, UK

Salary: Up to £73,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Registered Home Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our clients team as a Registered Home Manager for their established care home based in Cannock. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the delivery of exceptional care to our residents while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Requirements:

NMC Pin Essential: Candidates must possess a valid NMC pin, showcasing their qualification as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 3 Years Home Manager Experience: We require candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial capacity within a care home setting.
Experience Handling 40+ Bedded Homes: Candidates must have demonstrable experience managing care homes with 40 or more beds.
Good CQC Experience: Experience with and a strong understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations is crucial.
Exclusively for Nurse Candidates: This position is exclusively open to candidates with nursing backgrounds. Non-nurse candidates will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the care home operation, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including those set by CQC.
